The gripping image above, shot in sunny Acapulco, pretty much sums up the drug violence in Mexico. Happy tourists enjoy a day at the beach, totally oblivious to the bloody corpse laying behind a wall, several feet away. Not only is this a microcosm of Mexico’s clashing lifestyles; it also reflects the duality of other countries such as Jamaica, Brazil and even the picture-perfect United States.
